You would think that our home inspection company only does home inspections. However, we believe that our clients and partners deserve more than an inspection provider. They need a problem solved beyond the inspection report. As a result, we set out to provide outstanding value to our clients by utilizing our knowledge in home maintenance, delivering solutions to the problems we uncover, providing a unique customer experience and using cutting edge technology.
Everyone’s road to homeownership is different and you’re certain to run into a maintenance problem or have a question regarding your home. We believe that working with your home inspector is an amazing strategy to do so.

If you happen to be in one of these groups, you’re probably wondering what happens during this part of the process. It’s actually pretty straightforward, but a little knowledge can go a long way toward making your home inspection go without a hitch.

What Happens During Your Home Inspection?
Your home inspector will arrive at the home ready to work. From the moment the inspector arrives in the general area or the neighborhood we are observing many factors. We also go into the attic and into the crawlspace (where applicable) as well as onto the roof.

What Happens After Your Home Inspection?
Blacklight Inspections Group uses Spectora inspection reporting software to prepare reports. Our licensed home inspectors will walk you through your home and inspection results, teaching you as much as you want to learn.
All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images and videos for reference.
